Testimonial and Recommendation-Jim Vancura

As the current president of Ore-Cal Resource Conservation and Development's Area Council in Klamath Falls, Oregon and a member and/or board member of "Ore-Cal" since early in its creation, I have worked with Jim Vancura closely in his role as a Project Coordinator employed by the Natural Resource Conservation Service and "loaned" to our council.  I have learned the value and unique characteristics, both professional and personal, that carry his work effort to the highest level. 

In my opinion, Jim Vancura truely has a "genuine" understanding and passion for helpng a community better itself through the philanthropic opportunities that exist in America today.  During Jim's longtime partnership with Ore-Cal he literally recruited and carried our board approved projects from their inception to their completion.  Jim and our then program manager Donna Burcher coached the Ore-Cal team to a point of elite accomplishment when collectively we were nominated and awarded the National Association of RC&D's highest recognition.

Jim is a "people person" and a "communicator" so he gets along well with others.  He is "fair, ethical and realistic".  He is a "visionary" so he envisions a project opportunity long before it comes to the attention of others.  He is a "constant researcher" and "passionate worker" so once he focuses on a project he works tirelessly on it.  And he is "goal driven" to put out the most comprehensive and thoroughly researched product out for review.  Jim is also a down-to-earth individual with a "word-smithing" talent which make his grant applications easy to read, understandable and typically funded.

I am confident that Jim Vancura's association with "Charitable Success" will create humbling success stories long into the future for those who chose his services.  Jim is the "real deal" and this is his calling in life.  Jim really is "legendary" in the five county Ore-Cal RC&D service area of Northern California and Southern Oregon.
