Project Management, the third and final step in grant research, seeking and management is the most important of all.

Most donors will want to see your history of managing donated funds before deciding to give their money to you. Your reputation is at stake as an organization, community group, or individual.

CSC has a broad and successful background in grant management, including short term (one-year). or long term (over three years), complex (multi-funding sources) or simple (single donation). We will assure that your grant funded project or program is started on time, finished on time, all reports completed and submitted to both donor and your board and that all program evaluations are complete and submitted on time. Your project will succeed with the results that you expect.

It is important to note that Charitable Success works with you, and on your behalf. Charitable donors will donate to your organization or group and not to Charitable Success. As the donation is affiliated with your organization and you have fiduciary responsibility towards the donation, Charitable Success can not contract directly with the donor or any implied contractors. We can however, if the need arises, help your group find a suitable nonprofit to accept the grant (and manage the grant if necessary) under their nonprofit status.

Key Benefits

      • Projects begin on time and end on time with the results that you expect.
      • Projects are monitored and evaluated as required and professional reports completed on time and submitted to both the donor and your board and/or authorized staff representative.
      • Reduce your staff workload and get more done, without worry or concern about deadlines or reporting.
      • Charitable Success works with you every step of the way to make sure you and the donor are fully informed, your project is on track, all grant requirements and fiduciary responsibilities are met and you are mission successful.
